  • Jennifer

    CFO & INVESTOR RELATIONS

    Jennifer is CVSA’s CFO and VP of Investor Relations. A graduate of Stanford University, she began her career as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley where she participated in a number of IPOs in Silicon Valley. She then moved to Qatalyst Partners where she was on the deal team lead for a number of buy-side acquisitions. She obtained her MBA from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business (GSB).

    In her role at CVSA, she is responsible for financial reporting, board member finance committee reporting, investor relations and strategic finance growth. Jennifer is a key member of CVSA’s strategic growth initiatives and is active in all of our financing and credit facility arrangements.

  • Shirin

    ASSISTANT GENERAL COUNSEL

    Shirin is currently serving in an interim capacity as Assistant General Counsel where she works closely with our executive and financial leadership, as well as our financial sponsor. Shirin obtained her B.A. in English Literature from Cornell University prior to completing her J.D. from Harvard University where she clerked for a judge in the prestigious New York Court of Appeals. She also was a contributing writer and editor for Harvard’s Journal of Law and Technology. After graduation, she spent a year as an associate in the healthcare practice of Gibson Dunn.

    Shirin currently oversees all of our clinical affiliation agreement. Shirin also handles partner due diligence, equity agreements, and works with external legal counsel as needed.

  • Elizabeth

    VP - MEDIA & PUBLIC RELATIONS

    Elizabeth (“Liz”) is a well-known broadcast journalist who has held the anchor seat of several local and national news programs. Liz obtained degrees in both journalism and history from Boston University. She started her career as an assistant in research journalism for a major TV network prior to transitioning to live news broadcasts.

    Liz handles CVSA’s Media and Public Relations. She is responsible for helping develop both strategic and digital marketing channels and building partnerships with media outlets.
