Partner Surgical Clinicians are top-tier first-assists with extensive operative experience in high-risk cardiovascular surgery. They often have done a post-graduate APP Residency / Fellowship in Surgery. The partnership route provides a base draw plus equity interest in the practice.

Associate Surgical Clinicians are APPs with less experience in high-risk cardiovascular surgery and are traditional W-2 employees of the practice. They are typically staffed as second-assists. With time and additional experience, Associates may be offered the opportunity to become an equity Partner in the practice.

Development Partners are equity-based APPs with significant experience in both clinical care and business development. They work to drive practice eminence through strategic partnerships, extend clinical affiliations and drive growth. The partnership route provides a base draw plus equity interest in the practice.
