We strive to recruit and retain top-tier Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners (collectively, “Advanced Practice Providers” or “APPs”) with operative experience from academic institutions where they have been able to build a brand as a go-to surgical first- or second-assist for the highest risk cardiovascular surgical cases. We ultimately look for the best talent who have a natural inclination for operative experience in high-acuity cases and provide additional training so that they can build their operative skills to function at the highest levels.

We understand that not all Surgical PA’s and NP’s are looking for this type of stressful case profile and that is why we take great pride in finding a mutual fit that ensures a long-term partnership, which provides a continuity in the quality of providers we are able to offer our clinically-affiliated institutions.
We are looking for APPs who either have or are looking to build experience in the operative field with a focus on Cardiothoracic, Vascular, Open Aortic Surgery (“OAS”), and our expansion into orthopedics.
